About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven IT Business Development Executive whose primary obligation is to identify and secure prospective customers for our website development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business solutions, leveraging their computer science background to drive growth.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, LinkedIn outreach, and database mining.
Targeted Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers via cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and "social selling".
Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile before moving them through the sales funnel.
Tailored Proposals: Collaborate with technical teams to create and present customized website development proposals that solve specific client pain points.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Candidate Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation (specifically in software or web solutions).
Essential Skills
Technical Literacy: Ability to explain website frameworks, SEO, and mobile optimization to non-technical clients.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for crafting persuasive pitches.
Research: Proficiency in using tools to find "intent data" from businesses looking for web redesigns.
Persistence: A results-driven mindset with the confidence to navigate long sales cycles and handle objections
